Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Under a BCBA or BCaBA, an RBT provides 1:1 therapy, collects data, and teaches communication, social, and daily living skills in home, school, clinic, or community settings.

RBT Onboarding Process
Our onboarding process is designed to prepare new Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a successful start with our team. All onboarding is completed in person at our center.
Onboarding Schedule
RBT onboarding consists of a total of 15 hours, which must be completed within the same week. New team members may choose to complete their onboarding over 3 days or 5 days, depending on their availability.
Our center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, providing flexibility when scheduling onboarding hours. RBTs may select the dates and times that work best for them within our regular operating hours.
Onboarding Compensation
RBTs who successfully complete the onboarding process are eligible for a $250 onboarding payment. This amount is included with the RBT’s first payment after beginning work.
To qualify for the $250 onboarding payment:

All 15 onboarding hours must be completed within the same week.

The RBT must begin working with our organization after completing onboarding.
The onboarding payment is not issued if the full onboarding requirement is not completed within the designated week or if the RBT does not begin working after onboarding.
Our flexible scheduling options allow new RBTs to complete the required onboarding while selecting a schedule that works best for their availability.
Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA)
We are looking for a BCBA/BCaBAs to join our team and work with our students to help them identify and correct problematic behaviors. BCBA/BCaBA responsibilities include meeting with patients to observe their behaviors, determine skill deficits, and formulate behavior plans based on student's needs.
Responsibilities

Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client

Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs

Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
-
Suggest additional treatment by other professionals as required

Operate within time, financial, and other resource constraints
-
Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices
-
Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society
Requirements and skills
-
Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role
-
Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
-
Excellent verbal and report writing skills
-
Calm, empathic, and patient nature
-
The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress

Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA
